1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "77eb", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the 77eb platform and its operating entity, including all products, services, and features accessible via https://77eb.io.
• "Player", "you", or "your" refers to any individual who accesses the 77eb website, registers an account, or uses any service offered by 77eb.

2. Acceptance of Terms

If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the Platform and, if applicable, close your account. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being suspended and balances forfeited.

• A valid and active mobile number registered in Bangladesh (used for payment method verification).
• A valid email address that you regularly access.
• Your date of birth, confirming you are 21 years of age or older.

3.2 Account Verification (KYC)

77eb operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in accordance with responsible gaming and anti-money-laundering standards. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents before withdrawal requests are processed:

If 77eb has reasonable grounds to believe that a Player is under 21 years of age, the account will be suspended immediately pending verification. Any winnings accrued during the period in which an underage Player was active on the Platform will be forfeited in their entirety. Deposits made by an underage Player may be returned, less any administrative costs incurred during the investigation.

5. Deposits & Payments

5.2 Deposit Currency and Minimums

5.3 Deposit Responsibility

6. Withdrawals

Players who have accepted bonus funds must meet the applicable wagering requirement in full before any withdrawal from the associated balance is permitted.

6.4 Withdrawal Fees

7. Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives offered by 77eb are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time the offer is made, in addition to these general bonus terms. In the event of a conflict between the specific offer terms and these general terms, the specific offer terms shall prevail.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated in the specific offer terms, all Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement of 30x (thirty times) the bonus amount before withdrawal is permitted. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus carries a wagering requirement of ৳30,000 in qualifying wagers before the bonus balance becomes withdrawable.

Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. The standard contribution rates are:

• Slots: 100% contribution
• Live Casino (excluding live Baccarat): 20% contribution
• Live Baccarat: 5% contribution
• Table Games (RNG): 10% contribution
• Sports Betting: 100% contribution on pre-match wagers with odds of 1.80 or higher; 0% on cash-out wagers

7.3 Bonus Expiry

Bonus Funds and associated wagering requirements must be completed within 30 calendar days of the bonus being credited to your account unless the specific offer states a different period. Upon expiry, any remaining Bonus Funds and associated pending winnings will be forfeited automatically.

7.4 Bonus Abuse

77eb monitors player behaviour for patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer more than once; placing low-risk or hedged wagers to fulfil wagering requirements with minimal exposure; colluding with other players to exploit promotional terms. Where bonus abuse is identified, 77eb reserves the right to void the bonus, void any associated winnings, and suspend or permanently close the relevant account(s).

8. Betting Rules

8.1 Placement and Settlement

All wagers placed on 77eb are binding once confirmed by the system. It is the Player's responsibility to verify bet details — including selection, stake, and odds — before confirmation. 77eb will not accept requests to amend or cancel confirmed wagers except in the circumstances described in section 8.3 below.

8.2 Odds and Pricing

All odds displayed on the 77eb sportsbook are subject to change until the moment a wager is confirmed. 77eb reserves the right to adjust odds at any time prior to bet confirmation. Wagers confirmed at displayed odds will be honoured at those odds unless a manifest error is identified (see section 8.3).

8.3 Manifest Errors

In the event of a manifest error — which includes but is not limited to incorrectly displayed odds, system errors, or results posted in error — 77eb reserves the right to void any affected wagers and return stakes to the Player's account balance. 77eb's decision in such matters is final.

8.4 Void Bets

A wager may be declared void by 77eb if the event on which the wager was placed is cancelled, postponed beyond 48 hours, or if the wager was placed in contravention of these Terms. Voided wagers are settled at odds of 1.00, with the original stake returned to the Player's account balance.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 77eb Platform. Any Player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will be subject to immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and may be reported to the relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account, whether in your own name or under any false identity.
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information at registration or during any subsequent verification process.
• Using or attempting to use automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform, gain advantage in games, or exploit bonuses.
• Colluding with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live casino games, or any other multi-player format available on the Platform.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the 77eb Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, audio, video, and the overall look and feel of the Platform — is the intellectual property of 77eb or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include the right to sublicence, copy, reproduce, modify, translate, distribute, transmit, broadcast, display, sell, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of 77eb.

Game content, including titles, mechanics, graphics, and audio, remains the intellectual property of the respective game providers (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi) and is licensed to 77eb for display on the Platform. Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit 77eb's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

14. Account Termination

14.1 Termination by You

You may close your 77eb account at any time by contacting [email protected] and requesting account closure. Upon closure, any real-money balance remaining in your account (excluding Bonus Funds and any balance subject to an unresolved dispute or investigation) will be refunded to your verified payment method within five business days.

14.2 Termination by 77eb

77eb reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if it has reasonable grounds to believe that you have breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions, engaged in prohibited conduct, or if your account poses a fraud, money-laundering, or regulatory risk to the Platform. In the event of termination for cause, 77eb reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation.

14.3 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. 77eb will notify the account holder by email prior to any action being taken on a dormant account. Dormant accounts may be subject to an administrative maintenance fee of ৳200 per month after the initial 12-month inactive period, applied until the account balance reaches zero or the Player reactivates the account by logging in.

15. Amendments

77eb reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made to these Terms, 77eb will endeavour to provide reasonable notice via the Platform or by email to the address registered on your account. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your account as described in section 14.1.
